Here is one such meal. It involves one pan, three ingredients and about 30 minutes in the oven. Pretty great combo for those busy fall days!
Once again, Trader Joes saves the day! We always keep a couple of these keilbasa in the freezer. They work great for quick breakfasts, lunches, or dinners.
Baked Keilbasa and Broccoli
2 keilbasa
2 largish heads broccoli
olive oil
Chop broccoli into florets (or for an even quicker meal, just buy a bag of florets!) and toss with a small amount of oil in a pan, just like roasted broccoli. Slice keilbasa and place in on top of the broccoli. Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes or until broccoli is done. This also works great with cabbage!
Totally doing this sometime this week!
