Kale Chips

This last week, we finally made kale chips for the first time.  I saw them on a lot of blogs last fall and apparently they were all the rage.  We're just a little behind the trends around here. :) 

Basically, you just toss the kale in olive oil and a little bit of salt (a little goes a long way and I over salted this batch) and bake them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes.  Pretty simple!  Had I not over salted these, I probably would have eaten the whole batch myself.  They'd be great as a side with a burger or just as a snack while watching a movie.
