Fruit & Basil Salad

My husband and I are currently doing a Whole30, which basically means that, for 30 days, we are being very strict about what we eat. While it's not that much different than how we normally eat, we're skipping our weekly date night indulgence. And dark chocolate. Which means that sometimes we are craving some kind of sweet treat. Here's what we came up with the other night to have after our garage gym workout.

Fruit & Basil Salad

1 peach, pitted and chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp chopped basil (mint would be great too, we just had some basil in our CSA basket)
1/3 cup coconut milk
handful of sliced almonds

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
